      Pros

      The pay is probably the only thing good about this company. But not all money is good money.

      Cons

      Leadership treats employees like slaves and mistreats them. Leaders from department managers and down do not communicate with team. Recruiters will hire anyone with a pulse with none to little experience on machines 40+ years old and expect it to run on a 24/7 schedule with no PM’s performed. It feels more like a plantation than a workplace.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
