      -old boy network is alive and well here, -Layoffs for the sake of profit, in 2009 we got our bonus's paid out at 200%, in 2010 mass layoffs.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
