Cs Department Strict with WFH on office days, even if it's like your child is sick and home from school, you have remote capabilities, and can accomplish all tasks for your job. You are forced to take a PTO, they will not allow you to work from home Was fully remote but because the building was remodeled, they introduced a hybrid schedule. Most were not happy about the decision. Going above and beyond does absolutely nothing to benefit you when yearly reviews happen, that is not how your raise or bonus is considered.
