      Pay is above average Benefits are top notch The company makes a lot of money

      The company makes a lot of money, lots and lots of mediocre management that can hide behind profits Directors and above have zero respect for people that actually work Sales team is terrible PEPS is the devil and a useless program that will go away soon.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
