      Pay is pretty good for what you half to do

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else they keep you in the dark about everything they spend loads of money on the stuff that isn't broke but want fix the stuff employees keep having to fix and my insurance doubled when they took over

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
