      Pros

      Plenty of overtime if you want it. Great production coworkers and hourly level production leaders.

      Cons

      Upper management consistently and constantly are unethical. Favoritism, underhandedness, and will flat out will lie to your face. Sexual and racial discrimination, verbal and physical intimidation, and poor treatment of hourly coworkers have driven the morale to nothing.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
