Pros
Really easy job, involves computers but it's a really easy system to learn. All you really have to do is pick things up and put things down in the right place with a forklift, and the warehouse is pretty organized so it's not too hard to locate anything. Benefits are pretty decent, not the best in the world, but certainly enough to get by with. Other equipment such as clamp trucks are also pretty easy to learn.
Cons
Really long hours, and mandatory overtime is almost a constant. I worked there from 2018 to 2021 and they couldn't keep any new employees, so all of the work fell to the 5 of us that were willing to stick around. Management and HR are not on the working class side at all. They tell you not to discuss your pay with other employees, which is illegal by the way. My end pay in 2021 was $15.32 an hour and the last I saw they were offering $19.26 an hour if that tells you how willing they are to give existing employees a raise.
