      Pros

      It used to be a great company before 2008.

      Cons

      Company lacks strategy. If it has one, it is certainly not communicated to the employees. Waves of layoffs, coinciding with hiring of high-level management. Very few employees left to do the actual work, resulting in overworked, scared work force with low morale. Disrespectful management.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
