      Market Leader Products are well known in the industry good people (lower and middle management). Strong focus on safety

      Cons

      Lack of strategy, leadership and direction. Constant org. changes. No autonomy. Everything is controlled by RANK group. Heavy cost focused and cost cutting.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
