Pros
* The team are fantastic - smart, driven, engaged, and committed to seeing Pactio succeed, but also fun and kind; I really enjoy the days where we're all in the office together * The company's mission has huge potential - we either pull it off or we don't, but I think the fact of having tried in the first place will have helped me grow hugely as an individual + employee * Opportunities for meritocratic progression - I've seen many people be promoted within 6-12m of joining the company, irrespective of past experience * My work is interesting, varied, and high impact – I've worked in companies where my tasks have been uninspiring and outsourceable, which makes (working) life dull. This is not at all the case with Pactio!
Cons
Unsurprisingly for a fintech business, the company is not as diverse as I know it would like to be. It has been treated as a priority in recent months and I highly recommend they continue to do so - we all know it'll be worth it! We've also been told that benefits will improve post-Series A - I'm looking forward to it!
