      Pros

      Some great people with committment and energy. Some good programs around the world. Excellent benefits. Some very good managers.

      Cons

      As someone else has said the ego of the CEO Mark Viso seems to be destroying the organization. He talks and talks and talks and often shouts at his staff but never seems to achieve anything. he only cares about himself and revenue. Revenue has declined every year since he arrived!

      Pros

      I can't speak highly enough about my former colleagues, of all the INGOs I've supported in my career this was the best. Everyone is highly competent, passionate, and driven, The role itself was challenging but also very rewarding.

      Cons

      None really, truly an excellent workplace and organization. Somewhat limited opportunities for cross-functional development (strictly technical work on programs vs operations)
