It's in the phase of starting up operations, so you can expect to have a lot of different tasks that you get to do.

Unfortunately, my experience working at PackGene has been disappointing. There is very little opportunity for career growth or professional development, and employees often feel stagnant in their roles. Leadership is poorly managed, and the department head appears to lack the experience and direction needed to effectively run the team. There is also a noticeable lack of adherence to established guidelines and procedures, which creates confusion and inconsistency in how work is handled. Instead of clear structure and accountability, decisions often seem reactive and unorganized. This has negatively impacted both team morale and operational efficiency. Overall, the environment feels unstable, and without stronger leadership, clear processes, and a commitment to employee development, it is difficult to see long-term success for the organization.

Coworkers are great—many of the employees are kind, collaborative, and easy to work with.
