      good team of people here

      The owners are inconsistent. It seems like they have the approach they can do whatever they want and really do not care about the people. Policies are in place and not followed for all Dress Code - buyer can wear gym shoes, jeans, and look overly casual. Some wear flip flop shoes but others are held to dress code Cell Phone - A no cell phone policy but some are allowed to have cell phones even though they are not management Some people are treated so poorly even after several years. It's disappointing to see how these owners run their company

      I started working in sales at PPI in January. Since joining the company, I have received excellent training and support. The company culture is amazing and very positive. Everyone at PPI prides themselves on providing a top tier quality product and second to none customer service. Upper management really wants to see you succeed and will give you the tools needed to thrive in your role!

      Cons

      Nothing. This is the best company culture I have ever been a part of. Upper management should keep on doing what they're doing. The entire company as a whole is a well oiled machine!
