      Working with amazing people. Feels like hanging with friends.

      Cons

      There is no full-time work for this position so the company can maximize profits and save on providing good benefits and health insurance. Goes against the companies mission. The founder is terrible to be around and will fire you for any little mistake

      I admire their sustainable mission and products

      Cons

      I did freelance copy work for Package Free in 2022 and my final invoices were still never paid. When I followed up about it, they showed concern but then sort of just....decided to ignore it. I reached out to the founder about it to let her know that this was happening...No response, she clearly doesn't care. There are so many other sustainable companies to support that actually do right by their workers, don't choose to support (or work at) this one.
