      Excellent place for Technical Writers to learn and work with machines, upfront. You get to work on machines, do the complete process with your own hands and create the documents.

      Cons

      Lesser pay as compared to market, hopefully the latest shift of control to the parent organisation Brueckner will improve the "Compensatory" part and bring in more transparency.

      Pros

      The company provides good opportunities to travel abroad esp. to its manufacturing locations in Switzerland and Thailand. It is really good company to get a head start in your career. Very apt for freshers who can learn lot of new things in a friendly atmosphere and wont mind the below par compensation. The job profile is also interesting if you are lucky to land new projects.

      Cons

      Poor management, HR, salary is low except during on-site projects.
