      Pros

      The team was like a family Wine competition with great rewards! Went to italy two times. A good balance between ''fancy'' and ''family'' atmosphere

      Cons

      Maybe a bit too much pressure to sell some wine with the competition. If a table doesnt want your suggestion wine, it will show on your sell %, which can makes you angry or feel pressure sometimes.

      -Flexibility -Good tips -Nice environment

      -Disparities between sections in the restaurant in term of number of clients. -Practically no shifts for part time employees during low seasons (January to May)
