The locations of the campuses are beautiful. My peers were all nice.
Cons
Where do I begin?
*The pay is below market value
*Leadership is stuck in the past, not open to new ideas, sexist, ageist, and doesn't know how to run a business
*There's a total disconnect between staff and management, and executive leadership
* They are (one head person in particular) absolutely bananas and play mind control games with everyone
*They have NO idea what they're doing ... doesn't even understand CA Labor Laws without googling it
*My boss micro-manages (thus doesn't trust his team) and disrespects his team.
*Discriminates against people with disabilities, in an unlawful way (obviously)
*Convinces people to not file claims against co-workers, and when they do the person who submits the claim ends up with a target on their back
*Fires people without notice, for no understood reason (and won't give a reason when asked), but expects employees to give a 2-week notice if they choose to leave
