Unpleasant and toxic atmosphere, horrible politics in the workplace - Retention Specialist Pacifica Employee Review

I don’t think I could have chosen a better company where I can share my digital marketing prowess because this company really invests in the advancement of its people. I love the authenticity of this company and the people behind it. I’m especially proud of our product development team because they’re always coming up with something new, sending waves of excitement throughout the company. I love the products which are genuinely cruelty-free and vegan to the core, and not just as a marketing platform. I love that I got to know more about the retail market through our partners. I love the office location (Century City) though we are also allowed to work from home. Premium salary and family-friendly perks that include: Health Care Plan, Disability / Life Insurance, Discounts, PTO, Retirement Plan, and Wellness Resources.

None internally. But externally, competitors are really becoming more aggressive in the beauty and personal care segment. This means that we have to constantly step up our efforts in this niche. So far though, the company has held its fort for the last 27 years.

Pacifica Senior Living has been my workplace for just under a year now. The Courtyard in Coeur d'alene has opened my eyes to a whole other world of caregiving. The company provides a comfortable, caring environment for both employees and residents. The management at my community works their tails off to make sure that their employees are taken care of, so that we can further care for our residents. I appreciate every opportunity that Pacifica has given me thus far.

The one and only downside about working at Pacifica is that this type of work wears you out. I am part time and this was my personal career choice, so the company has nothing to do with that.
