Great Practice - Practice Manager Pacific Vision Institute Employee Review

Very driven management / surgeon. Very much patient and success oriented. I learned a ton about ophthalmology, patient care, and elective surgery. The only reason I left was getting married and moving to LA. My current employer gave me an offer as soon as they found out where I came from.

During my tenure there were a couple of employees that were hired in a rush, and did not fit in with the rest of the group. They were let go shortly after, but caused some disruption meanwhile.

There is no pros or positives

Everything about this work place is cons! Dr. Faktorovich treats employees horribly! Yelling and shouting! Unprofessional!
