Pros
The people here are really supportive and helpful, even in difficult and trying circumstances. Once you are accepted as an employee here, there is quite a bit of cameraderie.
Cons
Very difficult to get a full picture of tasks and priorities, part of that is simply the nature of the exhibit industry. Lots of management but not very good communication at the management level or sharing of information with production staff.
