Pros

The only reason I provided two stars was the competitive pay.

Cons

Company provided benefits are very expensive. Let lots of people go without any notice. No annual raises and some people haven't seen one in years! HR has no idea what they are doing. They're all kids, Production is ruthless and don't care ; all about output and $. All these ridiculous projects and consultants are driving good people out.

Pros

Talented leadership team and CEO. Mission-led culture with high levels of teamwork and dedication. Great communication on organizational goals and involvement for all team members. Still in the build phase - lots of opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

Lots of pivoting/reactionary decision making due to the nature of the industry. Overtime for manufacturing team (pro and con).

Pros

-Benefits -Schedule -Pay for the area

Cons

-General depth of repair -Category machine specilaizing is up to you. There isn't proper training. It's basically checked off if you've been exposed to how it's done. I don't think it's completely up to management. Although, the expectation is there for a technical repairs to be done with low frequency. You learn on the job. Frustrating if you want to specialize in a type of work. Putting out fires and summoned to wherever and whatever that needs to be done. Typical Maintenance gig.
