      Pros

      Good for people new to the industry to get experience, then get out!

      Cons

      The CEO does not truly value the input from his managers and employees and he is way out of touch with modern industry standards and best practices. Nobody seems truly happy here and that unhappiness leads to an abusive, toxic environment where emotional outbursts and unprofessionalism run rampant.

      There isn't anything good to say about this company at all.

      Cons

      Management will treat you like garbage. If you are a female or belong to a minority group, RUN from this company. As this company discriminates everyone that is not male. There is a lot of favoritism inside the company. It's a very toxic workplace.
