Pros

Decent pay for very short employment time. Some of the guys are cool.

Cons

Micro-management. Will fire you after a week... I was a welder for a week (the only welder.) The previous welder was there for a week. See a pattern? Then they said I wasn't working fast enough. All on the crew are new and WILL be replaced. Beware! They will also lie about why you were fired. Nothing good to say about this place. If there was a 1/2 star... I'd give it. Oh.. if you're female... forget it. They'll tell you that you were asking to hook up with the guys. I was professional on my job, welding. I joked with the guys, laughing. Nothing more. Yet, they lied and said I was asking for more.

Pros

The leadership team at Pacific Service Center genuinely cares about employee development and well-being. They are approachable, provide regular feedback, and encourage professional growth.

Cons

Pacific Service Center does not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements. While the on-site work environment is excellent, providing remote work opportunities could offer greater flexibility for employees seeking a better work-life balance.

Pros

Work with things that may come up in life like being sick haveing a drs appointments and stuff like that. The managers are freindly but still make sure your job gets done. And the hours are nice 6-2:30

Cons

Constently changing where material is located. Parts always come later than the job or arnt there wether its ordering parts or haveing the materials to get the job done. The pay isnt really there at all you wont usually get a review until you ask for it and with that you have to keep reminding them for about two months.
