Pros
Some of the best leadership I have worked with. Many great leaders that lead with heart, smarts, and strength, and many incredible female leaders specifically. Company works to really put their people first. While there have been a lot of stressors over the previous years, PPM has done their best to listen to the employee’s needs and make changes as they are able.
Cons
PTO and work/life balance could be improved.
