      I do not have setbacks on working with them, maybe heavy workloads once in a while but it was part of the duties.

      Great people. Great management

      Cons

      Oil price dropping rapidly made it impossible to keep the great emplyees on staff. Massive layoffs resulted.

      Pros

      U work with a lot of good guys and work out side with a lot of good equipment and different company's.

      Cons

      U work in all weather conditions u are out of town a good bit longer sometimes then others and some of the company's can be a real pain.
