My first ever mentor and team lead and a few colleagues and the flexi benefits were the only good thing there which made me sustain all these years

Upon bringing a manager from SG, the place went downhill and 99% toxic. The office is full of politics, office scandals, subtle bully that come coated as “jokes”, never appreciated for the work done but merely looked down on simple mistakes done. No place to grow and learn new things. The manager makes things be on her own way and does not care about people wellbeing. Promises are just mere words. She is just well known for her sweet talk but GOD SHE IS DOUBLE FACED. Keep changing our desks like its a classroom shuffle. The worst place I have worked at! What yall did to the HR is unacceptable!
