Pros
- Denver office is very nice. - Work/Life balance. - Food provided relatively frequently.
Cons
Giving the company 2 starts just for the nice office space, work life balance, and job security (so many incompetent employees seem to hold their jobs way longer than they should) - Archaic Systems. Extremely analog, not streamlined or efficient operation processes. Even on the client side, the company site does not have basic functions that are standard on other company sites for clients and they get very upset about it. - Laughable wages, bonuses, and yearly increases. You may need a 2nd job. - Middle management that just repeat what executives say and a lot of times do not fully understand their own industry. - Turnover. It is very rare for someone to stay more than 2 years. - Growth. This company is essentially a dead end for career growth. You will need to pivot or go somewhere else for long term growth. Might as well just avoid this company at the start. - Training. There is no set training protocol. It is just shadowing other people on your team and hope they know what they are doing. - Culture and Accountability. There is a huge "thats not my job" or pawn off work mentality that is extremely frustrating and almost never gets corrected. I had so many instances when people tried to make me and my team do their own department's job functions.
