      Pros

      Great experience for entry level. Lots of room to grow. Very unique and fun industry. Rewarding and fulfilling career - promoting a more active lifestyle for the public. A lot of upward mobility. Staff is supportive and friendly.

      Cons

      Clients can be rude and sometimes irrational, but this experience will teach you to grow a thicker skin and find your voice.
