Pros
It's easier to befriend your co-workers since the amusement park is very small and every department shares one break-room. This is also the reason how its easy to make friends with the supervisors and leads. Supervisors are fair yet stern. There is rarely any sign of nepotism when it comes to promotions as well.
Cons
The job can be very repetitive. You're sometimes assigned to the same ride for months with little opportunity for learning a new ride. The guests can be very rude but that is to be expected.
