      Pros

      Relaxed setting, Not a lot of work to do, could use free time to study and improve your skills.

      Cons

      The pay was very low. At the time I was there, they were letting a lot of people go due to a bad revenue. No one was safe, even an employee who had been working there for over 25 years was let go.

      Hybrid work. The company allows 1/3 time work from home.

      Cons

      Low pay and very little PTO for the first 2 yrs. Sick day is include in PTO.
