The team is friendly and very helpful when needed. The tasks are challenging and the work is very involved. Usually everyone has multiple roles, and roles vary from month to month. The salaries are reasonable - within expected range.

Small team with a lot of hands on work. Great place to learn and grow as an early engineer. Friendly and extremely talented group of engineers.

Office location is not the best and they provide an uncompetitive benefits package. Lots of Russian/Lithuanian is also spoken in the office as they do coordinate with Engineers in Eastern Europe so that is something to be aware of.
