Small business with no checks & balances - I’ve seen some questionable decisions being made. Everyone reports to 1 person and your input doesn’t usually get taken into consideration, you just do what you’re told - this may or may not be a con depending on what you’re looking for. Minimal room for career growth/development. You get the absolute bar legal minimum of sick days, holidays, and PTO
