- Religious Company, CEO is a not smart for saying a prayer about jesus and saying amen before conducting a company wide meeting. (obviously everyone in there isn't going to have the same religious values)
- Management... ceases to exist. You'll see them once a month or so, and they'll tell you about the fun times they're having during times of work at the race tracks or whatever.
- NO COMPENSATION ON MILEAGE. They'll pay for everything else besides mileage on your PERSONAL car which you are driving all day. Minimum 4000-5000 miles PER MONTH on YOUR car.
- $750/mo in expense coverage has only been ok for the months that nothing major was needed done to my car to continue doing my work. (2 months, otherwise I always was over the limit and had to pay for expenses with my own money at the company's benefit).
- Literally, NO training. They run you through the products and procedures and expect you to learn the ins and outs basically alone, which is a lot when you're working with many different insurances.
- So much cost could be cut if the consignment was better within surgeons office's and hospitals.
- Use of PERSONAL cell phone. Plus you're on call at least once or twice a month ON THE WEEKENDS. You cannot expense a GPS device, even though you need it every single day to get to patients homes, which in turn makes your cell phone bill rise and rise.
- The pay is lower than any other competing company.
- You will not work regular hours. You will sometimes have to be somewhere at 6 or 7 am and get done for the day after 5. Ive gotten home at 8pm multiple times. (12 hour days)
- You will work around patient's schedules and continuously make cold calls.
- You will not know how to do a lot of things when you start, and the same goes for working with them after 6 months also.
- You have to lie your way through explaining why the products are made the way they are to the patients directly....because of the lack of training.
- You will spend more time driving then doing actual work.
- Your car will depreciate immensely within 3 months and you will not be compensated for it. (For example, my car depreciated roughly $18,000 for driving 40,000 miles in a span of 9 months)
- Employees who have been there longer will always be right, and will always act as your manager even though they have the same title as you.
- The "commission" is granted way later then promised when you're interviewed. You have to study, and pass a test and send in monthly pre tests to corporate leading up to the test dates. Then you start getting a small amount for the first year. Don't plan on making it big with this company unless you plan on staying with them for more then 10 years it seems.
- Just don't work here if you don't have to.
