Staff there are wonderful-- caring, willing to help out if needed, knowledgeable, many with a great sense of humor. Got to use wound skills. Company willing to support learning new skills through paying for applicable courses.

As the only CM I spent most of the time on my own in a room in the basement, seeing other staff at lunch or when called up to assist a provider. Be more of a solo person, or join a place with more CM staff.

People do try and some have been there for a while.

No apparent strategic vision from physician-owners here. Company objectives scattered in different directions chasing after money. Inadequate training on EMR system leads to a lot of frustration and dissatisfaction amongst clinicians and staff. Low wages and few benefits contribute to high turnover.
