      - Great culture - Creative and passionate colleague - Supportive and friendly teams - Lots of perks related to events and free products

      Cons

      - Vital information was often not passed down to junior team members - Salaries are terribly low. I know for a fact I was paid approx $15,000 less than a friend in exactly the same role at Bauer Media. - General fear of redundancy's

      Reliable pay, some good colleagues

      Not especially cutting edge. Took way too long to embrace the digital age with any real commitment. Disorganized editors.

      Pros

      The team at Home Beautiful was supportive, hardworking, and really just generally lovely. Very enthusiastic on promoting from within and giving people more experience in what they want to do. On top of that: homemade afternoon teas and sample sales were a nice side perk.

      Cons

      Cuts in certain departments at pac mags were tough
