Pros
I would have to say Pacific Debt is a great company to work for all around , It will be 4 yrs that I have been with the company and can honestly say I wouldn't want to go work anywhere else ! The pay is great , along with various different opportunities to make more. The environment in this company is just like any other company and has its up and downs (its not easy everyday) , I also love the fact that the company if very family orientated and see you as family as well , Management are easy to talk to and will help you figure out a solution to whatever the situation is , whether it is work related or not ! Shows they care PERIOD !, The same goes for clients , we do a lot of customer services along with settling debt so when a cl is upset about something we try our best to make the customer happy as well as being 100% honest with the clients about their account. There are expectations that are expected so if you keep pushing to do your best you will succeed in this type of business and will pay off . They also have great benefits, 401 K , insurance, and much more .The view from the office a beautiful that's also a plus
