A few downsides to working for Pacific Data Integrators are: - social aspect: some days feels as though you are not talking to anyone all day (other than through email) - most days we use Team meetings throughout day so that helps alot! - never meeting team face to face - something I have never experienced before and has made it somewhat difficult to get to know the team without really meeting them
