Pros

No Pros, they are rude, mean and disrespectful! Upper management does a poor-job treating employees with disrespect! Directors, Supervisor bully employees, and shame them, instead of helping them if in when they fall behind. There is no room for employees to voice their concerns or needs, this does not exist here. "Your doomed if you say anything, your dammed if you don't" This place is not pro-employees, staff is looked down and shamed, blamed for everything that can potentially go wrong. If there is a problem administrators don't care, instead they "point-the-finger" in your face and say "its your fault", "You should know better" and shame on "you when are you going to learn"! Please, please consider elsewhere I had one-year of total torture and stress no one cared, or listened! Unfortunately, HR does not back up employees only Upper Management they all are dirty fighters, and fire people without any reason, your are "at-will" at this agency!

Cons

HR, is in alliance only with Upper management, your voice as a staff/employee does not matter! They base all information ONLY by their supervisors! The paperwork is a nightmare, and you get blamed for it in case you get behind. They are write-up "happy" and will write-you-up every opportunity, every chance!

Pros

Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
