Company buys lunch on holidays Most managers are friendly Good benefits and 401k

High turnover rate. Management spends a lot of time training new hires because most of them quit within 2 weeks. High quota marks. Monthly sales goal for each CSR is pretty high and takes most people a while to achieve, yet upper management grades you against employees who have been there 4+ years. Which is not many of them. Stressful. You must be able to handle high volume calls and emails while answering questions from management/upper management and other employees. In my opinion they pay low for what the job requires. Some fast food employees make more money than new hires here which isn't very inspiring.
