WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Anonymous employee Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering Employee Review

-Bad history of people quitting/getting laid off -Unorganized (unclear instructions) and stressful environment -Manager has an attitude problem which made it very difficult to work with -Communication was terrible / questions were not encouraged -Lack of mentorship -Manager makes you feel incompetent by adding constant stress and demanding tasks with ridiculous deadlines to "better" you as an employee. It can be very unnerving and unmotivating to go to work.
