Pros
Pay is better than most other call centers. Guaranteed 40 hour weeks, very few layoffs. Ergonomic workstations.
Cons
Mandatory overtime, sometimes with no notice. Little to no flexibility in scheduling - you are expected to be flexible but the company itself refuses to. Very structured, constructive criticism or input is not welcomed. Management is top down. Management threatens employees with "insubordination" if you question processes. Little to no appreciation for front line employees. Little ongoing training.
