      Consistent and seem to care most of the time within the division.

      Cons

      Obviously under the thumb of corporate. Not the most well organized. Many people with their foot halfway out the door for retirement and no plans to fill the positions that will be left empty.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
