      Pros

      Decent vacation time policy. Salary structure in line with the rest of the utility industry. Most positions have good stability.

      Cons

      Benefits have been decimated. Cuts just keep coming and don't expect to see them stop any time soon. Employee morale is ridiculously low but you'll never hear a peep about that from management.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
