      Pros

      Lots of OT and PTO.

      Cons

      Warrren Buffet owned company. Nazi like safety policies. Management does not understand the actual work. Expects employees to work like contractors for worse pay and benefits. Used to be a great company but is steadily becoming one of the worst IOU's in the nation. Do not come here as a Lineman.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
