Pros
There is an overwhelming number of old school baby boomers in the company which provides an opportunity to young professionals to learn and get trained for future challenges.
Cons
The employees are completely laid back, demotivated and just come to work to ensure they get their paychecks. If you are hard working, passionate and an ambitious person, this should be the last company on this planet to join. Employee benefits are laughable and management makes sure that their best employees are overworked and underpaid.
