Pros

I loved the employees! Everyone was friendly and willing to help

Cons

When you are starting at this company, they expect you to devote every waking minute to them. Long hours. Over worked and under appreciated. When new employees have had to.dedicate so many hours for work and do so as told you would think that the company would appreciate that and realise that you are human and do have obligations outside of work and try to be as understanding and accommodating as the new employees have been to working so many hours over the regular 40 without question. No compassion or understanding that sometimes we need them to be as devoted as we have been when things come up outside of work and outside of the employees control. We were expected to jump when they said jump and work how ever many hours they made mandatory without question or fail. We had to do or we didn't have a job. But when the employee needed the company to give a little extra back to assist them through their needs outside of work, it was absolutely not understood or excepted.....even though we were required to jump through hoops to be and do for them.......just very one sided. You devote your life to them but they devote nothing I. Return for their employees and their needs outside of work

Pros

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

Cons

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
