      Plenty to do Some people are nice They keep the lights on

      Cons

      management is looking to cut costs at all costs "safety" is really used as a cost cutting measure they will fire you are the slightest infraction they literally have a directive to kill renewable energy sources

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
