      work life balance, Stable, Easy to excel with little effort as there is not much competition.

      Cons

      slow moving, IT has the potential to lead the business to conquer new frontiers, it either lacks that vision or it cannot sell that vision effectively. Choices in IT is not driven by search for creative people but it seems to be just political.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
