      Pros

      Very professional and welcoming environment when I was hired at PacifiCorp in 2005. Great 401K pension plan and benefits.

      Cons

      When Warren Buffet purchased the company, job stability, tuition reimbursement, and bereavement pay went away. Pay and PTO accrual went down, and benefits cost more now.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
