The culture is very open in that you can speak openly about concerns or suggest ways to get things done and those suggestions are truly listened to and taken into consideration. I've been with company for a little over three years now and have watched it GROW from a scaffolding concept into a multi-location serving students across the globe. There is room to grow for anyone that is willing to bring their best efforts and stay around for the long haul.
